The study of theoretical problems of economic security in the state is of fundamental importance, since without solving the problems of ensuring the economic security of the state, effective functioning of society and the state in the interests of the people is impossible.

At the same time, the achievement and affirmation of social justice in the economy is a prerequisite for ensuring economic security, since the achievement and affirmation of social justice in the economy, as well as in society and in the state as a whole, is a necessary condition for the effective functioning of the economy and the realization of interests of people as far as without the protection of each person before law it’s not possible to ensure economic security and effective functioning of both the economy and society and the state.

It should be particularly noted that the solution of the problem of social justice in the economy is of fundamental importance also in connection with the need for legal adaptation with the European Union.

Thus, the achievement and approval of social justice is a prerequisite for ensuring economic security in the state.
